The apartment with one separate bedroom consists of a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a modern kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment with two separate bedrooms consists of two bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, modern kitchen, dining room, bathroom and balcony.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and equipment, espresso coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, cutlery and more.

Check-in is from 14:00. Each guest is required to register their stay at the reception with a personal document.
Check-out of guests is done until 11:00 am with mandatory prior notice before leaving the apartment on the contact phone +38765916444 in order to inspect the apartment.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment.
Payment is made immediately upon arrival and check-in for the entire period of stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Smoking is not allowed in the building and apartment. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony of the apartment or in front of the building.
Please do not make noise in the period from 14:00 to 17:00 and from 22:00 to 08:00 in order to provide all guests with a pleasant holiday. In case of excessive noise we will be forced to call the communal inspection and the police and you will bear the cost of the penalty and you will be asked to leave the apartment immediately.
Highly flammable and explosive substances are not allowed in the apartment.
Please use electricity rationally.
Please use the premises, devices, equipment and inventory carefully. In case of damage to walls, appliances, equipment and other inventory, you are obliged to compensate for the damage.
Each guest is obliged to return all the keys that were made available to him during his stay in the apartment (the key to the entrance door to the building, the key to the apartment and the remote control for the access ramp). In case of loss of keys or remote control, the guest is obliged to compensate the damage in the amount of 200,00 KM.
